Italian SALAD DRESSING

USED Kirkland Signature Balsamic Vinegar AND CIDER VINEGAR.

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bottle.

Shake to blend.

Allow flavors to blend about an hour or so, Will even be more flavorful the following day. Be sure to refrigerate any leftovers.

Makes about 1 cup.

四川凉面

主料:红薯粉条(刚发现LeeLee有卖);
蔬菜丝(胡萝卜,黄瓜);
蛋饼切丝;
木耳切丝;
香菇切丝;
配料:老干妈香辣脆辣椒油;
大蒜+生姜砸成泥;
香醋
麻油
盐+鸡精

做法:粉条煮7-10分钟到透明,冲凉水;所有主料放在一个大盘里面(如图);配料各取适量加清水做成汁,吃的时候按个人口味放。

注:同样的方法可以做其它凉面和凉粉,凉皮等。凉皮用金塔牌河粉就可以,蒸好后,揭开,凉拌。

凉拌菜:燜莲藕

主料:莲藕
配料:生姜切丝,青葱切丝,花椒数粒,八角一粒,盐巴,醋适量,麻油适量

做法:
1,所有配料放入盆中拌匀,可以加少量水或鸡汤
2,莲藕切片,尽量厚薄一致,放入冷水炮一分钟
3,煮锅中加入水(足够淹没莲藕的量),煮滚,将泡好的莲藕捞出,放入沸水中,等水再次煮滚,即刻捞出,冲冷水,然后放入拌好的配料中,晃动盆子让莲藕均匀接触配料。然后盖上盖子,焖10分钟即可盛盘上桌。
